Employee engagement is a real challenge in times of pandemic. And that challenge requires a community approach. That is why, during the Employee Engagement Awards, organisations in Belgium are given the opportunity to put their engaged employees in the spotlight. And in addition, they reward them for their exceptional efforts over the past year.
To meet this challenge, the candidates are taken on a real learning journey. During this process, they exchange ideas with experts, coaches and the younger generations, including many millennials. So, everyone involved can learn from each other in a continuous way.
The Awards are also aimed at every type of organisation. From non-profits, to small or larger SMEs, to public services and multinationals. The event with the award ceremony takes place in the autumn. But if you want to, you can already join the program now. By the way, the interaction with the jury and the coaches will be broadcasted in X-Factor style on Kanaal Z.
Moreover, the jury is particularly involved in the whole event. The expert jury is chaired by Conny Vandendriessche. From a long list of strong candidates, she selected a carefully composed team of academics, business leaders and HR experts. They are all eager to interact with the candidates.
